These Baked Panko Chicken Tenders are crispy, low in points and make for a delicious lunch or dinner!

Servings: Makes 12 chicken tenders

  • Boneless/skinless chicken tenders-dice them into pieces to make chicken nuggets
  • Panko bread crumbs
  • Eggs
  • Seasoned salt
  • Italian seasoning

Can these Panko Chicken Tenders be cooked in the Air Fryer?

Yes! These can also be cooked in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until crispy. I like to flip them over half way through.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. boneless/ skinless chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. On a shallow plate mix together the panko bread crumbs, Italian seasonings, and seasoned salt. In another small bowl add eggs. Beat eggs with wire whisk until combined.
  3. Dip tenders into egg mixture. Then coat chicken tenders in panko mixture.
  4. Places the coated chicken tenders onto a lined with parchment paper baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until tenders are fully cooked.
